With the impending ISDN switch-off by Openreach creeping up on the sideline, it was the perfect time to get D2 Creative set up with a brand-new phone system that not only kept communications consistently up and running but also unified their collaboration processes.

Now, should a power cut ever occur, D2 Creative can stay stress-free through the use of mobile apps and a host of UC tools.

Furthermore, through the additions of services like file and screen sharing, and presence indicators, collaboration between staff members can be swift and seamless. Additionally, the team can conveniently access all these features, and their corporate directory, via a web-based single interface called Collaboration.
