Tabitha Logan
Head of People & Culture
Tabitha started her journey with Focus Group in January 2022 as part of our pivotal People & Culture Team. As Head of People & Culture, Tabitha oversees every area of the day-to-day HR function across a group-wide team, together with working to continually evolve our ESG strategy. This includes driving our four employee-led group initiatives that focus on wellbeing, charity work, inclusivity and sustainability, together with taking ownership of internal communications and events.
Tabitha is passionate about ensuring that Focus Group is a place where people love to work. She enjoys challenging the norm of classic outdated HR processes and perceptions and focusing on more progressive people practices, ensuring that people are always at the heart of everything Focus Group do.
Outside of work, you will find Tabitha in the Sussex countryside spending time with her horse Charlie. Tabitha also enjoys spending time with her Husband and their cat Nacho, as well as catching up with friends and family, usually at the local pub!
