To kick things off, we took advantage of the Microsoft licensing price freeze at the time to offer a considerably discounted rate for more than 300 licences, with no increase in subscription fees for the first 12 months.

With the Enterprise E3 plan, programmes such as Word, Excel and Outlook are available for installation on up to five devices per licence, including tablets and mobile phones. This allowed for easy access to the entire Office suite both in the office and on the go.

This plan also offers 1TB of online data storage per user via Microsoft OneDrive. On top of that, with access to Sharepoint, Draper Tools can create a user-friendly intranet site for use between teams with easily customisable security set-ups. And, like all the Microsoft 365 applications, these can be accessed anytime, from anywhere.

For virus protection, we recommended the Sophos Intercept X Advanced solution for their 319 users. Draper Tools benefits from the Sophos Managed Detection and Response Service (MDR), allowing them to carry on with their day-to-day business activities knowing their IT systems are protected.
