Your support desk | Basingstoke

Our support desk in Basingstoke is open Monday to Friday from 08.30-17.30 and can be accessed using the contact details just below.

Out-of-hours*, our support desk team can be reached Monday to Friday from 08.00-21.00 and at weekends and on Bank Holidays between 09.00-17.00. Beyond these hours, a ticket can still be logged using our automated support service and subsequently looked after from 08.00 on weekdays, and from 09.00 at the weekend.
