Sophy started her journey with Focus Group in February 2010, joining the business as an Operations Assistant. Sophy’s passion to deliver (quite literally!) and drive to provide outstanding service to our customers is evident in everything she does and this has seen Sophy progress at a meteoric rate through multiple roles including leadership of the Systems Project Management team.

Alongside the world of service delivery, Sophy also enjoys working closely with her leadership team to ensure they are empowered to go above and beyond for their colleagues and our customers. With her mind firmly focused on the future, Sophy regularly identifies areas where we can accelerate performance and improve customer engagement through improved working practices.

When it comes to downtime, Sophy loves spending time with her family in the Sussex countryside walking their dog Buddy…most likely in the direction of a country pub! She also enjoys spending time with her partner and friends; watching films, live music and eating amazing food.
