Dean is Regional Managing Director for Focus Group’s central region, where he drives service excellence and strategic growth. A proven entrepreneur, Dean has founded and successfully exited three telecom ventures. In 2023, Focus Group acquired Boxx Communications, a company he co-founded—a pivotal moment that brought his entrepreneurial energy to the Group.
With a sharp eye for opportunity and a passion for innovation, Dean brings strategic clarity and local insight to the region. His leadership ensures that services not only meet but exceed the needs of the businesses served. He’s also committed to building strong local partnerships, which continue to fuel the region’s success.
Outside of work, Dean is a devoted partner and father of two. A passionate practitioner of MMA and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, he brings the same discipline and focus to his personal life as he does professionally - qualities that continue to shape his dynamic leadership at Focus Group.
