Be Inclusive

The Be Inclusive network at Focus Group are dedicated to inclusivity and diversity and in turn, are focused on making our people feel like they can bring their ‘whole self’ to work – to feel home, at work. A recent company-wide diversity and inclusion survey will pave the way to guaranteeing an inclusive, collaborative and rewarding environment of which every single employee should feel proud.

Be Well

Our Be Well team work on improving the health and wellbeing offering for our people, as well as raising awareness through important health campaigns. Initiatives launched to-date include our hybrid working policy, Nutrition & Hydration Week and various fitness-focused clubs.

Be Sustainable

We are fully invested in identifying and implementing innovative ways that we can become more responsible and do things that are good for the planet. We’re proud to announce we are now on the road to Carbon Neutrality.
