Focus Group named Microsoft Solutions Partner for Cloud & AI Platforms and Security

Focus Group has achieved the Microsoft Solutions Partner designation for Cloud & AI Platforms, alongside its existing Solutions Partner designation for Security.

The Cloud & AI Platforms badge brings together three underlying pathways: Data & AI and Digital & App Innovation, gained this year, alongside Infrastructure. Together, they reflect our combined capability to build, scale and secure cloud and AI platform solutions for customers.

Microsoft awards Solutions Partner status is based on performance across three categories: Net Customer Adds, which measures the number of new customers gained; Skilling, which measures relevant technical certifications held by staff; and Customer Success, which measures new deployments and user growth. Focus Group met the required thresholds in all three categories across the new pathways.

The achievement follows close work between Focus Group's Microsoft Partner Alliance Manager, Stewart Constantine, and our cloud delivery team, who together drove the certifications, customer outcomes and performance metrics needed to meet Microsoft's requirements.
