Focus Group expands IT managed services for SMEs with Prime Networks acquisition

Focus Group is delighted to confirm the acquisition of London-headquartered Prime Networks, an IT managed service provider with regional offices in Bournemouth, Tamworth and Tewkesbury.

Both businesses share the same priority: helping customers realise the full potential of technology by keeping them connected, secure and supported. Bringing them together means Prime Networks' customers get access to Focus Group's wider capabilities in artificial intelligence (AI), automation and IT solutions, all backed by local, specialist support.

Prime Networks supports approximately 500 SME customers, delivering IT support, security and managed services through the Halo PSA platform.
