Focus Group is delighted to announce its acquisition of Rainford-based Communications Plus, one of the UK's most recognised and awarded O2 partners.
The move significantly extends Focus Group's already substantial presence in the O2 market and reinforces its position as one of the most significant multi-network partners in the UK. Communications Plus, which includes Cellular Solutions North East, has built an exceptional business over the past two decades, establishing itself as a leading O2 partner with a strong and loyal customer base across mobile distribution, wholesale mobile and fixed communications.
A five-time O2 Franchise of the Year award winner and an O2 Direct Excel Business Partner, Communications Plus brings an outstanding depth of O2 expertise, well-established supplier relationships and an impressive track record of growth. With offices in Rainford and Sunderland, the business serves a wide range of SME customers across the UK.
The acquisition adds considerable scale to Focus Group's existing O2 distribution and wholesale mobile business, bringing together two like-minded organisations with a shared commitment to the O2 partnership and to delivering outstanding service to business customers.
