Incident Timeline

08:33 - We are aware of an issue with logging into Contact and hold music playing when calls are being answered. We are engaging our engineering teams and will provide a further update at 9:30am.

09:28 - Following performance recovery of one of the Horizon Contact databases we are now seeing login issues start to resolve and more agents logging on to the platform. We are also seeing active delivery of calls. The root cause is under investigation as a priority and we will provide a further update at 10:30am.

10:21 - Following performance recovery of the platform at circa 9.13am after restoration activities on the affected database, we have continued to see stability. We are monitoring the position closely and will provide a further update at 12pm.

12:00 - We have continued to see stability on the platform post recovery, we are monitoring the situation closely and will move this notice to close at 4pm unless we see further reports. Thank you for your patience at this time a Reason For Outage report will be produced and shared in due course
