Chief Technology Officer
Vicki is testament to the people policy that has been embedded in the culture at Focus Group since day one; “Finding good staff is one of the biggest challenges - when you find them, keep them!” Vicki was the very first member of the Focus Group team and started as a telesales executive in 2005. She has since risen to every challenge the business has sent her way and her meticulous understanding of the technology sector, combined with her operational experience in the telecoms industry, is second to none.
Today, Vicki leads the way as our Chief Technology Officer – responsible for product development, solution design and service delivery. She also plays a key role in the acquisition strategy of the group, keeping Focus at the forefront of emerging technologies and onboarding innovative new products, together with developing customer-centric solutions.
Beyond the office, Vicki is a fitness force to be reckoned with! Avid Crossfitter and gold medallist at the British Olympic Weightlifting competition in 2020, when she’s not in gym she’s cooking up a healthy recovery meal for her friends and family.
