Ed Rodney-Smith
Business Operations Director
As our Business Operations Director, Ed is responsible for driving improvements to the service experience for our customers, sales operations and across our service delivery processes. Together with taking responsibility for the on-going success of our new InFocus customer portal, Ed takes the charge with new large scale projects or change initiatives across our business.
Ed has been in the IT services industry for over 25 years, holding a number of leadership roles and has an outstanding level of experience across a number of areas including Technical Pre-Sales, Sales, Account Management, Sales Reporting, Operations, Change Programmes and Business Transformation projects. Prior to joining Focus Group, Ed was Director of Business Operations at technology company Ensono.
Outside of work Ed is based in southwest London where he lives with his family. Sport plays a big part in Ed’s spare time. He has coached at Barnes Rugby Club Mini + Juniors for the last 10 years and is also on the Club Committee. He has a season ticket at Harlequins RFC, is a lifelong Fulham FC fan, loves a round of golf and enjoys running when time allows.
