Focus Group, leading provider of innovative business technology solutions, are pleased to announce the appointment of Matt Halford as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Matt is the latest addition to the Focus Group Executive Leadership Team. Taking charge of UK-wide business and customer operations, he will assume responsibility for ensuring the group remains focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience and building upon established partnerships across the sector, together with preparing the business for operational scale as it embarks on its ambitious next stage of growth.
Joining Focus Group from Ensono, a global MSP and digital transformation specialist, Matt has a strong reputation for building high-performing teams and creating a people-first culture of innovation and collaboration. He brings over 25 years’ experience in services and operational leadership to Focus Group.
