Focus Group has been named Customer of the Year (EMEA) at the 2026 Rewst Automation & AI Awards, recognised for the way it has embedded automation and AI into how it delivers services to customers across the UK.

The award was presented at FLOW 2026 in Nashville, Tennessee, Rewst's annual conference bringing together managed service providers from across the globe. Focus Group was selected ahead of competitors from across the EMEA region, with judges recognising the business for its commitment to building automation into the core of how it operates, standardising service delivery and creating a faster, more consistent experience for customers.

For Focus Group, automation and AI is about giving the team more time and headspace to focus on what matters most: delivering great service. By using the Rewst platform to handle repetitive processes and orchestrate workflows across its technology stack, the business has been able to continue scaling its operations without compromising on quality or customer experience. In practice, that has meant automating the process behind how customers raise joiners and leavers, reducing wait times and removing the risk of manual handling errors. It has also improved how support tickets are routed to the right engineer as quickly as possible, and given customers greater control through the Focus Group portal, enabling them to make changes themselves without needing to raise a request to the team.
