Focus Group announce 5* appointment for the hospitality sector

Alessandra brings over two decades of unparalleled expertise in operations, revenue management, and commercial strategy, garnered from her extensive tenure at Resident Hotels and other international roles.

Her leadership in digital transformation and customer experience, highlighted by her recognition as one of Boutique Hotelier’s Top 10 Women in Hospitality Tech, underscores her ability to drive innovative strategies that will shape the future of hospitality technology.

In her new capacity, Alessandra will spearhead initiatives aimed at integrating technology solutions specifically designed for hospitality, empowering businesses to optimise their operations and elevate guest experiences. Her deep understanding of industry nuances will enable us to articulate and deliver bespoke value propositions, ensuring Focus Group remains a leader in hospitality innovation.
