Focus Group have today announced the acquisition of Matrix247, a specialist in managed IT and communications services. This strategic acquisition strengthens Focus Group's market position and reflects its commitment to expanding service offerings for key market sectors.

Matrix247 has established a stellar reputation, particularly within the legal services and education sectors. Its omni-channel contact centre solutions align perfectly with Focus Group's expertise, strengthened further by its recent investment in Make.Contact, which specialises in Puzzel technologies.

This news marks a further step in Focus Group’s progressive drive towards offering customer-centric solutions to businesses across the UK, whilst delivering an unparalleled level of service, support and value to customers from an integrated network of regional hubs.
