Terms and conditions
What's included:
- Replacement due to manufacturing defects and hardware failures
- Next-day replacement delivery (when reported before 1pm)
- Remote diagnosis and basic configuration
- A similar specification where the make and model are not available
- Up to 4 replacement routers within any 12 month period
Netgear, TP-Link and Zyxel routers. All other routers are subject to a £50 surcharge due reflecting the higher replacement cost of these routers.
What's not included:
- Physical damage (drops, spills), power surges, user configuration errors, wear and tear, or business losses
- Outages caused by a software upgrade are not included assuming the existing router resumes normal service
- Defects reported after 1pm will not result in next-day replacement
- Complex configuration and/or site visits by Focus Group - this will be chargeable in accordance with our price list
- Cisco routers provided for voice services
Please note: This is a warranty extension, not insurance. We're extending our obligations as your router supplier. For comprehensive protection including accidents and business interruption, maintain appropriate business insurance.
