Jon, as our Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, works closely with our leadership team and people across the business to define our long-term strategic vision. Leading our Strategy & Transformation function, Jon is laser-focused on developing operational transformation initiatives that drive growth, enhance our customer experience, and strengthen our M&A integration capabilities as we continue to expand.
Prior to joining Focus Group in 2025, Jon served as Value Creation Director at Hg Capital - one of Europe’s foremost private equity firms - where he partnered with CEOs and boards across portfolio companies to unlock growth and build scalable platforms. Previously, Jon spent five years at OC&C Strategy Consultants, focusing on growth and transformation across tech, retail, and leisure sectors. His expertise spans strategic planning, commercial optimisation, and operational scaling.
Outside of work, Jon is based in Wimbledon where he enjoys staying active through mountain biking and half marathon running. A former competitive downhill mountain bike racer, he spends his free time seeking out challenging trails across the UK.
