Focus Group acquires Voice Connect, strengthening position in Healthcare technology

Focus Group have today announced the acquisition of Voice Connect, a specialist in telecommunications, NHS systems integration and self-serve automation. This strategic move significantly enhances Focus Group's healthcare technology portfolio and solidifies its position as one of the largest primary care telephony suppliers in the UK.
The acquisition follows 18 months of close collaboration, with a strong partnership built on a shared vision to support the health and care sector through complementary technologies. The merger will combine Focus Group's extensive sales capabilities with Voice Connect's product expertise, particularly in the rapidly evolving field of AI-driven healthcare solutions.
