Focus Group strengthens technology portfolio with acquisition of Prism
Focus Group has today announced the acquisition of Prism, a Managed Service Provider specialising in the SME marketplace. With targeted growth as an MSP high on the strategic agenda, this investment reflects Focus Group’s commitment to further enhancing its portfolio of innovative solutions and infrastructure capabilities.
Prism’s established business model and strong organic performance, together with its suite of complementary vendors and services, naturally align with Focus Group’s M&A goals. The expansion also brings a flagship MSP proposition and an exceptional understanding of the security landscape to the table, with renowned specialisation in the Financial Services sector.
