Matt Halford

As our Chief Operating Officer, Matt leads the talented UK-wide organisation that underpins both our Business Operations and Customer Service Operations teams at Focus Group.
Matt joined the business in January 2023 and brings over 25 years of experience in leadership roles for several major service providers and Integrators, including Orange Business Services, Dimension Data, CenturyLink (Lumen) and BT Global Services. Prior to joining Focus Group Matt was the Vice President of Business Operations at Ensono, a Global Managed Services provider and Digital Transformation specialist, where he led the European Services business, integrating two major acquisitions prior to their successful acquisition by KKR in 2021.
Matt lives in Worcestershire with his family and loves the outdoors and travelling, having recently trekked to Everest base camp in Nepal.
