Focus Group were already a member of Hogan’s supplier list and its trusted Cisco enterprise network design and implementation partner, undertaking networking and telephony projects, 24/7 global support and overseeing bespoke projects, including major communications technology refreshes and network upgrades at Hogan’s London HQ. Focus Group designed and rolled out core video conferencing across Hogan’s operations, involving a core Cisco CMS (Cisco Meeting Server) and eight Cisco VC Controllers across multiple data centres.

With regards to its telecoms systems, Focus Group streamlined a global migration to Cisco’s Unified Comms telephony platform. Its Far East offices were relying on costly, poor connectivity so Focus Group came to the rescue with a SD-WAN solution, leveraging multiple connectivity points to deliver 100 per cent uptime and optimum performance.
