Microsoft 365 Business
On 21st April 2020, Microsoft’s productivity suite changed its branding from Office 365 to Microsoft 365. So, why the name change? Are you getting more (or less!) bang for your buck? Fear not, the decision to rename the suite is simply to be “more reflective of the range of features and benefits in the subscription, to meet the unique needs of individuals and businesses.”
Microsoft 365 business includes everything you have come to know about Office 365 and is designed to help people and businesses achieve more with innovative Office apps, intelligent cloud services and world-class security. Previously, it had been reported that some customers had found it challenging to understand the difference between Office and Microsoft products and what plan was best suited to them, so re-launching as Microsoft 365 brings all products under one umbrella. It also neatly aligns them also into three key categories: Home, Business and Enterprise – and, reassuringly for customers, Microsoft 365 pricing and subscriptions will stay the same.
